I’ve bounced around the industry long enough to pretty much do it all…big agencies, scrappy shops, global brands, weird briefs, wild pitches, and everything in between. At the end of the day, I’m obsessed with making work that’s smart, fun, and actually makes people feel something.

Outside of that, I spend a lot of time in the world of training, nutrition, and performance. Not just as a competitive bodybuilder, but as someone who’s deep into systems, tracking, and what actually moves the needle. That mindset bleeds into how I think about ideas…dialing things in, pushing them further, and caring about the details most people skip.

I like ideas with teeth, craft with attitude, and people who aren’t afraid to swing big. If it’s bold, human, or just plain entertaining, I’m in.
